Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flange Bolt Chart, provided by Open Source Consulting LLC.

1. Introduction

Flange Bolt Chart is a reference application that allows individuals and teams to look up pipe and flange data. The service is provided by Open Source Consulting LLC, a New York corporation. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the service.

3. Account Registration

You may register an individual account or be added to a team account by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

The service may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to damage, disable, or impair the servers or networks connected to the service
  • Access the service through any automated means (bots, scrapers) without express written permission

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Individual subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Team subscriptions are billed directly by Open Source Consulting LLC. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms are described on the Pricing page.

For team accounts, the account administrator is responsible for payment. Seat assignments and access may be managed by the administrator.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the service, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, and software, are owned by Open Source Consulting LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Commercial redistribution of the data requires express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Reference data is provided for informational purposes and should be verified against the applicable standard for safety-critical applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Open Source Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Source Consulting LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Open Source Consulting LLC regarding the service and supersede all prior communications and proposals.
